As a SAS Alliance Partner, Ermas has gained in-depth experience with SAS Research and Development and the SAS Account Sales team. We have worked closely with SAS and have gained critical insight into SAS strategies and solutions. Our consultants have supported and implemented SAS projects including SAS Business Intelligence (BI), SAS Analytical Intelligence (AI), Data Integration (DI), Marketing Automation (MA), Marketing Optimization (MO), Credit Risk Management (CRMS), Risk Dimension (RD), Operational Risk (OpRisk) and Banking Intelligence Solution (BIS). |

In our role as SAS Value-Added Reseller, Ermas is a product reseller, a consulting services provider and an application service provider (ASP/hosting services). We incorporate a broad range of SAS software, hardware and consulting services for clients with the existing technical expertise and in-house infrastructure to support knowledge-based solutions. As a partner and reseller, we offer pre-sale environment assessment and post-sale installation services. Our focus is always to sell solutions and not software. |

Ermas has been an integration partner with Premiere Global Services for over two years. We assisted Premiere Global Services in certifying their product for the IBM AIX operating system. We also developed customized auto-campaign code for executing Premiere Global Services in a lights-off operation, a content web parser, and a web-based reporting system for enhanced email campaign management reports. |
